1 tablespoon lemon juice

24 grapes (about 1/4 pound)
24 fresh strawberries
COCONUT DIP:
1-1/2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
4-1/2 teaspoons sweetened shredded coconut
4-1/2 teaspoons reduced-sugar orange marmalade

Steps:

  • Toss apple and pear with lemon juice. Divide fruit into 12 portions and thread onto wooden skewers. Combine dip ingredients in a small bowl; serve with the kabobs.

1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar
zest from one small lemon
2 nectarines, cut into 16 segments
2 plums, cut into 16 segments
15 blackberries
1/4 cantaloupe, cut into 24 cubes

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until light and fluffy - 5 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest. Transfer to a small serving bowl.
  • Cut up the fruit, and place into individual bowls.

1 1/2 cups cantaloupe chunks
1 cup fresh blackberries
8 ounces fresh strawberries, halved if large
1/2 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into bite-size chunks
3 kiwis, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
8 ounces fresh strawberries, stemmed
4.4 ounces vanilla whole milk yogurt, such as Siggi's
3 tablespoons honey

Steps:
