FRUIT & WINE SORBET RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: strawberry, pineapple, blackberry, raspberry, mango, white wine, water, sugar

Steps:
- Make the simple syrup by dissolving one cup of sugar into one cup (240 ml) of water.
- Blend strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, raspberries, mango, wine, and simple syrup until well combined (you may have to do this in two batches).
- Pour mixture into a 9×9 inch (23x23 cm) glass pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze overnight.
- Scoop and serve with fresh strawberry (optional).
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Hull the strawberries by using a straw to push out the stem of each strawberry.
- Cut strawberries in half and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until hardened.
- Add the frozen strawberries and honey to a food processor and combine until evenly mixed.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and transfer to freezer until completely frozen.
- Enjoy!

- Place frozen fruit, 1/2 cup rosé, sugar, and lemon juice into the jar of a high-speed blender or food processor. Pulse a few times until the fruit begins to break up, then stream in the remaining wine while blending until the mixture is smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavor with additional sugar, if needed. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze.

Steps:
- Combine 3/4 cup water, wine and sugar in small saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Chill syrup until cold.
- Combine pineapple, kiwis, mango, lime juice, lime peel and chilled syrup in large bowl. Mix well. Cover fruit mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Scoop 1/2 cup mango sorbet into each of 6 compote dishes or wineglasses. Spoon fruit mixture around sorbet.
