Easy Vegan Dijon Aioli image

This creamy Dijon aioli takes 2 minutes to make (and only 5 ingredients!). Not only is this aioli delicious, but it's also super versatile. Use it as a dip for fries, a spread in sandwiches, or serve it alongside roasted veggies. Can be made vegan (or not), you choose!
