DIP FOR GARLIC LOVERS
Love garlic? This is the dip for you! Just don't expect anyone to kiss you for some time afterwards!

Steps:
- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter and saute garlic and scallions till soft.
- Add the cream cheese in chunks, allow to melt.
- Add the sour cream.
- Once mixture is warm slowly add the hard cheeses until all is added and melted.
- Stir to completely combine.
- Place the mixture in an oven proof bowl or casserole and cover.
- Bake at 200 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
- This is just to make sure the cheese is melted and all the flavors come through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sticks (veggies, crackers, fingers).
GARLIC LOVERS DIP
Steps:
- Take the Philadelphia Cream Cheese and put them through the microwave for about 25 seconds. Peel and then run garlic through a garlic press (amount depending on the size of the cloves and how much your friends like garlic) into the warm Philadelphia cream cheese. Add garlic powder and a splash of pickle juice.
- Then get a big strong spoon and mix and squeeze it all together thoroughly. Keep adding small amounts of pickle juice until you get it a little thinner than necessary as it will harden up a bit when the Philadelphia Cream Cheese cools. (Ideally you want to be able to use a ridged potato chip in the dip without breaking).
- Put in the refrigerator overnight to ferment and take out about an hour before serving to bring it up to room temperature.

These garlic knots begin with the "internet famous" 2-ingredient dough. Add a few more ingredients and you'll have incredible garlic knots to serve with an Italian meal.

Steps:
- Combine flour, yogurt, garlic granules, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl; mix to combine.
- Dust work surface with more flour. Transfer dough to work surface. Knead dough for 8 to 10 minutes with the palm of your hand. Add more flour (1 teaspoon at a time) as needed to keep dough from being too sticky.
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat (such as Silpat®).
- Shape dough into a rounded loaf. Using a bench scraper, cut off 8 wedges of dough. Roll each wedge of dough into a rope shape and tie into knots. Place knots onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until knots are lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine melted butter, oil, garlic granules, and parsley for topping in a small glass bowl. Brush mixture over the warm knots.

- Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt if desired and pepper. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk, then toss in the crumb mixture. , Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Combine the butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over the chicken.
