BROWNIE SUNDAES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make brownies as directed. Cool at least 30 minutes. For 16 brownies, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
• Top each brownie with one scoop of ice cream; drizzle with 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup.

HOT FUDGE SUNDAE CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F.
• Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, the baking powder and salt in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan.
• Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa over batter. Pour water over batter.
• Bake about 40 minutes or until top is dry.
• Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes. Top with ice cream. Spoon sauce from pan onto each serving.

GOLD MEDAL SUNDAE

Steps:

• 1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.2. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.3. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Let cool.4. Using 3-inch round cookie cutter, cut cereal mixture into rounds. Top each round with 1/4 cup frozen yogurt. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream topping. Serve immediately. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:In a microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 thru 4 above.Microwave cooking times may vary.NOTE: For best results, use fresh marshmallows. 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows. Diet, reduced calorie or tub margarine is not recommended. Store no more than two days in airtight container.

THE GOLD MEDAL

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce Goldschlager, 1 ounce dark rum, a squeeze of lemon juice and a dash of orange bitters. Shake, then strain into an ice-filled glass.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* GOLD MEDAL SUNDAE

Steps:

• In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
• Stir in KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* cereal until well coated. Using lightly buttered spatula, press into buttered 3.5 L (13 x 9-inch) pan.
• Allow mixture to cool slightly. Using a round cookie cutter, cut into round medal shapes. Top with 1/4 cup frozen yogurt. Drizzle one tablespoon over the yogurt and top with a maraschino cherry.

COOKIE SUNDAE PIE

Steps:

• Mix Butter, Sugar and Vanilla thoroughly.
• Sift Flour and Salt together
• Add to Butter mixture and blend well.
• Chill mixture for 30-45 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Pat dough evenly into an ungreased, 9" pie pan.
• Flute edges and prick.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
• Just before serving, fill evenly with slightly softened Ice Cream and top with Whipped Cream and Strawberries for a 'Sundae' effect.
