Vegan Aniti-inflammatory Golden Milk Smoothie bowl, sugar-free and paleo friendly

1/2 cup cauliflower (steamed then frozen)
1/2 cup butternut squash (roasted then frozen)
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 banana
1 tsp turmeric, cinnamon
1/2 cup nut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 pinch fresh ginger (optional)

Steps:

  • Pulse everything in a high-speed blender (I got my vitamix refurbished, works GREAT)
  • Top with your favorite fruit, granola, nuts and ENJOY!
