Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Cook first six ingredients over low heat until well blended. Set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, oatmeal, baking soda, butter, flour and salt until crumbly. Press half of mixture into pan.
- Pour cooked mixture over crust and crumble the other half of crust over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil or coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and cloves in a large bowl.
- Combine the eggs, applesauce, sugar, oil, and apple in a separate bowl, and whisk until well blended. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Stir in the raisins. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Smooth with a rubber scraper.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Steps:
- Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Spray large bowl with cooking spray; stir together cereal and nuts in bowl.
- Spray medium microwavable bowl with cooking spray; add butter, caramel sauce, salt and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth, stirring after each minute.
- Pour hot marshmallow mixture over cereal and nuts; stir until cereal is well coated. Press firmly in pan.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 30 to 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted and smooth. Drizzle over top of bars.
- Cool at least 1 1/2 hours until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Line bottom with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides; butter paper.

- In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount of hot filling into eggs; return all to pan, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Gently stir in raisins. Cool to room temperature without stirring., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. , Firmly press 3-1/2 cups of crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Spread with raisin filling. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. , Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Combine.oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Mix. in butter with fingers or a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.Add golden raisins and apricots.
- PAT mixture firmly into a ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan 30 minutes. Cut into bars and cool completely. Remove from pan with metal spatula.
- For a quick dessert. serve with vanilla ice cream or sandwich two cookies with ice cream and freeze.
- Serve frozen.

GOLDEN GOODNESS BARS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1) Butter a 9x9 square baking pan.
- 2) In a food processor, place the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cereal and pulse to combine into coarse crumbs.
- 3) Add the butter a little at a time and pulse again until it forms wet coarse crumbs. Make sure not to over process.
- 4) Press the crumb mixture evenly and firmly on the bottom of the buttered pan, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- 5) In a medium bowl whisk all the ingredients for the topping together.
- And pour them into the hot crust.
- 6) Then return the pan back into the 350 degree oven and cook for another 12-15 minutes more. The top should be set, but not browned.
- 7) Let cool, cut into bars and sprinkle with confectionary sugar.

- In a small bowl, pour 1 cup of water over raisins; let stand for 5 minutes. Drain; set raisins aside. In a large saucepan, bring butter, sugar, salt and remaining water to a boil. Add flour all at once; stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove from the heat; beat by hand for 2 minutes. , Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
