Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring that the paper along the long sides extends above the pan to act as handles to remove from the pan later. Set aside.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl, add butter and mix with a fork until uniform. Reserve approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the graham cracker crumbs .
- Press crackers down into the baking pan using the back of a glass or a tart tamper. Bake crust for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Place marshmallows on top of the baked graham cracker crust, side by side leaving little to no gap in between each marshmallow.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and mixing thoroughly between each interval. Mix until completely smooth and melted.
- Top marshmallows with the melted chocolate and sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumb over the top. Bake for 10-12 minutes to allow the marshmallows to melt.
- Once out of the oven, transfer pan to a cooling rack and sprinkle the flaky sea salt. Once the s'mores are cooled, transfer to the freezer for 10-15 minutes (for the chocolate to fully set).
- Once the chocolate has set, cut & enjoy! Store leftover s'mores bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

Steps:
- Spray a 9x13" pan with non stick cooking spray; set aside. Spray a large mixing bowl with non stick cooking spray. Measure 1 cup of the marshmallows and set aside.
- In a large glass bowl combine remaining marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup. Cook in the microwave till melted, stirring every 30-60 seconds. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cereal into your greased bowl. Quickly pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal with the reserved 1 cup of marshmallows. Stir gently till well coated.
- Press the warm mixture into your prepared pan. I find that it works best to use wet hands, but you can use a spatula or wooden spoon.
- You can let the bars sit for 5 minutes and serve them still warm, or you can let them stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes for easier cutting.

- Line a shallow baking tin with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 170°C. We used a 24 x 24cm (about 10 inch) square oven dish.
- Place all the ingredients for the oat base in a mixer and blend well. These are the sunflower seeds, rolled oats, oat flour, melted butter, salt, coconut sugar and cinnamon. Every minute pause the blender to scoop the mixture off of the sides. That way the mixture is fully blended.
- You should have a clumpy mixture. If needed add up to 3 tablespoons of water gradually to make it stickier.
- Spoon your mixture into your oven dish and press down on it firmly to make a thick crust that is evenly distributed. It should be about 1 cm depth.

- In a food processor, pulse the graham cracker sheets until finely ground without any lumps. Combine it with the flour and salt and set aside.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla. Add the graham cracker and flour mixture and mix until incorporated.
- Press 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of your 8x8 inch pan. Lay the Hershey Bars evenly across the bottom. Using a small spoon dollop the marshmallow fluff evenly on top of the hersheys chocolate pieces. Crumble the remaining dough on top. I would kind of pat the dough flat with my hands and lay it on top and spread it on top. Some of the marshmallow will peek through.

- to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, creating a sling to easily pop the bars out of the pan once they’re baked. Set aside.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and Kosher salt to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour the melted butter over top. Mix until evenly combined. The mixture should have a nice crumbly texture & should easily hold when pressed together. Transfer 2/3 of the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it into an even & compact crust (I like to use the bottom of a measuring cup to make sure everything is packed in well). Reserve the remaining crumble mixture for topping – set aside.
- for 15 minutes, until slightly golden. The crust will not be cooked through at this point and that is totally fine.
- Sprinkle the marshmallows and chocolate into an even layer, covering the par-baked crust. Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumble mixture over top.
