Steps:

  • Beat 1 cup dark brown sugar and 1 stick butter until fluffy, then beat in 3 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 4 ounces melted semisweet chocolate and 2 tablespoons buttermilk with the eggs. Whisk 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder; stir into the butter mixture. Add 2 cups chocolate chunks and 1 cup dried cherries to the finished batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls and chill 30 minutes; bake 8 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs or 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips (I use peanut butter chips)
1/2 cup heath chocolate-covered toffee bits
1 cup shredded coconut
1 (14 fluid ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
10 fluid ounces caramel topping, to drizzled on top

Steps:

  • Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs and place in a 9x13 backing dish. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top graham cracker crust with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, coconut, and heath chips.
  • Now drizzle 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk on top. Drizzle caramel topping on top to your liking. at this point you could add pecans or walnuts.
  • Place back in oven and continue baking at 350 for 20 minutes.

2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling
GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 to 3 tablespoons 2% milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in extracts. Gradually add flour., Spread 3 cups dough into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Spread with pie filling. Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls over filling. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack., In a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, extracts and enough milk to reach desired consistency; drizzle over top.

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg until smooth. Batter will be thick. Spread evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Next, sprinkle the chocolate chips over the layer of dough. Finally, beat the cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners' sugar together in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour as evenly as you can over the chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is set. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter (melted)
3 eggs (divided)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup toffee pieces (divided)

Steps:

  • Set your oven to 350.
  • Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
  • With mixer, mix yellow cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg. Press into pan.
  • Next, beat cream cheese until creamy (takes a few seconds), add confectioners' sugar and two eggs and mix until well blended. Fold in peanut butter chips and ½ cup heath bar bits. Pour all this over yellow cake mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the heath bar bits on top and bake for 45 minutes. You can garnish with confectioners' sugar.

⅓ cup white sugar
¾ cup butter, softened
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and juice reserved
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, white sugar and 3/4 cup butter until crumbly. Press into prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes, until light brown.
  • In a food processor, combine eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and baking powder and process until smooth. Pour in cherries and walnuts and pulse until just chopped and incorporated, but not pulverized. Pour over crust.
  • Bake 25 minutes, until center is set.
  • To frost, cream together confectioners' sugar with 2 tablespoons butter and 4 tablespoons cherry juice until fluffy. Frost cooled dessert and cut into bars.

Press into 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until just lightly browned on the edges. Remove from oven when done and reduce temp to 325.
  • In same bowl (no need to wash it), place sugar, eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla from filling ingredients. Stir together with a long spoon until smooth and creamy - batter will be thick. Stir in cherries and pecans until well incorporated. Spoon filling onto crust and spread to the edges. Bake until set, about 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Dust top with confectioner's sugar and cut into bars. Enjoy!
