APPLE COBBLER CRUMBLE
This super-easy cobbler is great for unexpected company or spur-of-the-moment cravings. The juice from the fruit cooks out to produce enough moisture to make this cobbler delicious. You can also use fresh peaches instead of apples.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar, butter, and cinnamon together in a bowl using a pastry blender or fork until crumbly; reserve 3/4 cup flour mixture to use as topping.
- Sprinkle a light layer of flour mix into the prepared baking dish; top with a layer of apples. Continue alternating layers of flour mixture with apples and ending with apples. Sprinkle top apple layer with the reserved 3/4 cup flour mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned, 30 to 35 minutes. Allow cobbler to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- Thinly slice the apples (but not too thin); Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; Pour into 9x12 inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray; Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until golden brown; serve warm or room temperature with frozen vanilla yogurt (optional) or Non-Dairy Topping such as Cool Whip.
GRANNY SMITH APPLE AND FAGE TOTAL SYLLABUB CRUMBLE
Warm honey- and cider-muddled Granny Smith apples layered on top of creamy FAGE Total Greek Yogurt, layered on top of bounding tart flavor.

- In a medium-sized pan, cook the apples, sugar, Greek honey and cider until it resembles applesauce (a thick puree). Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the FAGE Total 0% and half the cold Granny Smith apples.
- Crush or blend the graham crackers, until they look like bread crumbs.
- Spoon half the remaining Granny Smith apples into four small wine glasses. Fill half-full with the yogurt mix; add another layer of Granny Smith apples, followed by the remaining FAGE Total 0%.
- Top the glasses of with graham cracker crumb, and then chill for 1 hour.
- Serving suggestion: Try using your favorite cookie instead of graham crackers, e.g., ginger snap or chocolate chip.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix cream cheese spread and wafer crumbs with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. (Do no overmix). Set aside.
- Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated. Spoon into 1 1/2 L baking dish; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until crumb mixture is lightly browned and apples are tender. Serve warm. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
- You can jazz it up by topping each serving with 2 Tbsp.thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
