This cheese dip is great on garlic toast rounds. It is soooo good that after my friend brought it to work I thought about it all weekend and knew I had to have the recipe!!!!

Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) jar Kraft Old English cheese spread
1 (5 ounce) jar kraft roka bleu cheese spread
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon season salt

Steps:

Place first three ingredients in a pan and heat on low stirring until they are well combined.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Place in covered bowl and refrigerate until cold.
Serve on crackers or garlic toast rounds. Delicious!

This dip has all the best ingredients I've found from various other recipes and it's my favorite by far! Serve as a dip at a party or with sour cream and jalapenos to make nachos and use it as a main course!

Ingredients

½ pound bulk spicy pork sausage
½ pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cubed
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble sausage and ground beef into the skillet; add the onion. Cook and stir the beef mixture until the meat is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Pour into a slow cooker.
Layer cheese food cubes atop meat mixture.
Blend diced tomatoes with green chile peppers in a blender until smooth; pour over the cheese cubes along with the cream of mushroom soup. Stir the mixture.
Cook on High, stirring occasionally until the cheese is completely melted, about 90 minutes.

Stir in chiles and salt, cooking just until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes. Add half-and-half, and continue stirring until warmed throughout and beginning to steam, about 5 minutes.
Toss together cheeses and cornstarch in a small bowl. Reduce heat to medium, and add cheese, 1 handful at a time, whisking after each addition. Once fully melted and smooth, remove from heat. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Add additional stir-ins, if desired.
