You've never had a pudding dessert this good! It is elegant and delicious. Everyone will want the recipe. This is NOT your ordinary pudding dessert! It is well worth your efforts.

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup finely chopped pecans
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant coconut cream pudding mix
2 cups milk
3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees F). In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, 1/2 cup pecans and melted butter or margarine. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then chill until cold.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in the whipped topping. Drop spoonfuls onto the chilled crust, and spread evenly. Return to the refrigerator while you prepare the next layer.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the pudding mixes and milk. Yes this is half as much milk as the package states. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Chill until set.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over the top, and garnish with chopped pecans.

1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ white cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
2 teaspoons grated lime peel
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup butter, softened
4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
1 box (16 oz) powdered sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
4 to 5 drops neon green paste food color

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
  • Make and bake cake mix as directed on box for cupcakes, using water, oil and egg whites and adding lime peel and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely.
  • In large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Add lime juice, remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla and the food color; beat until frosting is smooth and spreadable. Frost cupcakes.

1 cup glue (be sure to use water soluble glue)
water
green food coloring (the neon stuff works great!)
4 teaspoons borax

Steps:

  • You will need two mixing bowls. In the first bowl, mix together 3/4 cup warm water, 1 cup of glue and a few drops of food coloring.
  • In the second bowl, mix together 4 teaspoons borax with 1 1/3 cups warm water.
  • Pour the contents of the first bowl into the second bowl but DON'T STIR.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 1 minute or until it congeals. Then lift mixture out of the bowl.
  • Now you have slime! (store in ziploc bags to keep it from getting hard).
  • NOTE: If you want your "slime" to be more slimy just a add a little more glue, and if your slime is too sticky add a little more borax and play with it until you get the consistency you'd like. It will change as it it kneaded and played with.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
8 ounces Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Crust - Mix Butter, Flour (and Nuts if using) spread on bottom of a 13x9 glass Baking dish bake at 350* for 15 minute Let Cool.
  • Cream Cheese Layer.- Mix Cream Cheese, 10X sugar, and cool whip. Spread on top of crust (make sure crust has been cooled or the cream cheese mixture will melt and make the crust mooshy).
  • Pudding Layer.- Mix pudding according to package. Combine both pudding's together before letting set. Once the pudding is set poor on top of Cream Cheese Layer.
  • Top Layer.- Top it off with Cool Whip. (I also like to sprinkle the top with pistachio's or even substitute the crust with an Oreo Cookie Crust for Halloween then sprinkle the top with Oreos).

I found this among my old recipes. This was a favorite of mine and I am glad to share it - a real crowd pleaser.

1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 cup flour
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix

Steps:

  • Combine margarine, 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1 cup flour. Place on bottom of a 13x9 pyrex dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  • Whip cream cheese and confectioner's sugar - fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread over cooled nut mixture.
  • Mix instant pudding according to directions. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Let set in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
  • Cover with container of cool whip and top with 1/2 cup of nuts.
  • Refrigerate again and serve chilled.
  • Enjoy!

  • Bake the french bread according to the directions. Once baked, cut into 1 inch slices.
  • Mix the powdered italian dressing mix with the softened cream cheese and spread evenly over each slice of bread.
  • Place a slice of cucumber on top of each piece. Set a few sprigs of dill weed on top of the cucumber.

  • Line a 9x9-inch square pan with whole graham crackers (break crackers, if necessary). Prepare pudding with milk as directions indicate; let stand 5 minutes, then blend with whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top. Spread remaining pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Then spread cherry pie filling over the top. Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours.
