1 (8 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
2 (8 ounce) containers Cool Whip

Steps:

Drain Maraschino Cherries, chop in half.
Mix Pudding mix and Cool Whip togeather.
Add in Pineapple and Cherries.
Place in freezer safe container, cover.
Place in freezer.
Allow one hour defrost time before serving.
Will keep in tightly sealed container in the freezer for about 6 months.

My grandmother used to make this quick dessert for all of our family get togethers. My cousins and I used to fight over the last helping.

8 ounces whipped topping
8 ounces crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

Combine whipped topping, pudding mix and crushed pineapple until fully integrated.
Mix in marshmallows and let sit for an hour or two or until marshmallows have softened.

1 cup sugar
1 large packet lime jell-o
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
Whipped cream (1 packet prepared dream whip)
Crushed graham crumbs (Optional)

Steps:

Boil 2 cups water Add 1 cup sugar and continue boiling for ten minutes until sugar dissolves. Put packet of lime jell-o into cake pan and add boiled sugar water. Stir till jell-o granules until dissolved. Add 4 whipped eggs to mixture stir until clear Add pineapple and blend. Refrigerate for 4 hours until set. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with graham crumbs
