I'd like to share Japanese desserts. This recipe is no bake; just mix all ingredients and sit it in refrigerator and so easy to make. Enjoy my favorite recipe!

1 ⅛ cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
3 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
7 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
6 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon white sugar
7 ounces mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons matcha green tea powder, plus more for dusting
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons warm water
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar for dusting
3 strawberries, sliced

Steps:

Stir graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until moistened; press crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 7-inch round springform pan. Place pan in refrigerator until cold, about 20 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and 6 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sugar together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth; beat in mascarpone cheese. Stir 3 tablespoons green tea powder into cheese mixture.
Beat cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Stir gelatin into warm water in a small bowl until dissolved. Stir gelatin mixture into cream cheese mixture; pour mixture over refrigerated graham cracker crust. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, at least 4 hours.
Dust top of tiramisu with green tea powder and confectioners' sugar; decorate with sliced strawberries.

I just love tiramisu! The fact that this recipe incorporate matcha into the dessert is very exciting for me. I'm really looking forward to trying this one out. Taken from the O-Cha site.

Ingredients

9 ounces mascarpone cheese
3 ounces sugar
4 egg yolks
8 1/2 ounces whipped cream
4 ounces water
3 ounces syrup
1/2 ounce matcha green tea powder
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier

Steps:

Knead the mascarpone cheese until it becomes creamy.
Beat sugar and yolk until it becomes fluffy.
At first, add 2 tablespoons of (2) into (1) then later, the rest of (2) also add into (1).
Whip cream until foamy consistency.
Combine (3) and (4).
Pour (5) into the mold and put on the green tea cakes which are already cut into 1/4 inch and cover with syrup.
After that pour the rest of the syrup into it and repeat the same.
Finally, strain green tea powder with powder sugar for garnish.

Gather all the ingredients and equipments. You will need a medium saucepan, a heatproof mixing bowl (to set over the saucepan), and 2 large bowls. Make sure one of the large bowls can fit the mixing bowl and fill it with ice water, and set aside for Step 6.
In the saucepan, fill with 2 inches of water. Set the mixing bowl over and make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Remove the bowl (will use it shortly for egg custard), and bring the water to barely a simmer, and reduce the heat to low.
In the heatproof mixing bowl, add egg yolks, marsala wine, and 3 Tbsp granulated sugar and start whisking with a handheld electric mixer.
Combine the hot water (175ºF/80ºC) and matcha powder and whisk until there is no lumps. Transfer to a flat-bottom container that fits ladyfingers.
