BACON-WRAPPED TATER TOTS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain; keep warm., Combine syrup and pepper flakes. Dip each bacon piece in syrup mixture, then wrap around a Tater Tot. Secure with toothpicks., Place on a greased rack in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until bacon is crisp, 12-15 minutes.

GRILLED BACON WRAPPED TATER TOTS

Steps:

• Cut the bacon in half. Take one piece of half cut bacon and lay a tater tot on top. Add a small piece of cheese, a thin slice of jalapeño and a thin slice of red pepper and roll it up. Sprinkle or roll in brown sugar.
• Place it on cast iron skillet over a hot grill set about 375 degrees. Don't go too hot or it will burn.
• Turn it over after about five minutes and remove it from the grill when both sides of the bacon are thoroughly cooked.
• Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir.
• Place in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours before serving.

BACON-WRAPPED TATER TOTS®

Steps:

• Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Lay each slice of bacon onto a work surface and place a potato nugget in the center of each bacon slice. Cut a slit down the center of each potato nugget and place a Cheddar cheese piece into the slit. Top each nugget with a dash of hot sauce. Wrap bacon around each filled potato nugget and secure the bacon to the nugget with a toothpick. Transfer the wrapped nuggets to the prepared baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until nuggets are cooked through and bacon is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.

BACON WRAPPED TATER TOT BOMBS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; set aside. Working one at a time, wrap each tater tot and cheese square in a piece of bacon. Repeat with remaining tater tots, cheese squares and bacon pieces. Dredge each tater tot in the brown sugar, pressing to coat. Place tater tots seam side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, using metal tongs to turn at halftime. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
