¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Combine green beans, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl; toss to coat. Allow green beans to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Arrange green beans on a grill pan.
  • Place grill pan on preheated grill; cook and stir green beans until lightly charred, about 10 minutes.

  • Preheat a grill pan to medium high.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the beans with the olive oil and salt. Grill the beans until bright green, tender and slightly charred, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place the grilled beans back in the bowl and toss with the Parmesan and lemon zest. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Trim off the tough end of the beans and arrange the beans on a nonstick cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top and bake until the cheese melts and forms a crisp shell over the beans, about 10 minutes. Let the beans sit a few minutes for the cheese to cool slightly. Steps:

  • Preheat your grill to Medium-High 400 degrees F.
  • Wash and trim the ends off of your green beans, place them in your vegetable grilling basket
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season iwth salt and pepper
  • Place the basket with the green beans on the 5-7 minutes, close the lid, tossing occasionally with tongs so they cook evenly. Add in the garlic and cook for an additional 7-10 minutes or until green beans are to your desired tenderness. You can cook them longer if you like them softer.
  • Sprinkle all over the top with the parmesan cheese, close the lid, and allow the green beans to cook for 1 more minute to allow the cheese to melt.
  • Remove the green beans from the grill and serve.

2 large idaho potatoes, peeled
8 oz green beans, trimmed
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons garlic parmesan seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
lemon juice, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into thin wedges. Add to a large bowl.
  • Add the green beans to a separate large bowl.
  • Season the potatoes and green beans with salt, pepper, the garlic Parmesan seasoning, and olive oil. Toss well to coat.
  • Add the potato wedges to the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, until tender and grill marks appear

2 tablespoons butter
1 small shallot, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • In a 6-qt. stockpot, bring 4 quarts water to a boil. Add beans; cook, uncovered, just until crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes. Remove beans and immediately drop into ice water., In a small skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add shallot; cook and stir until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. 1 garlic clove, large and crushed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • "Snap" and remove the "strings" from the beans.
  • Combine the beans with enough water to cover in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until "tender-crisp.".
