Steps:
- Start cooking the sausages in the oven, according to the directions on the packet - probably something like 190°C (Gas Mark 5 / 375°F).
- In a small bowl, combine the honey and mustard, with a small pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- When the sausages are half cooked, remove them from the oven, and pour over the honey and mustard glaze. Coat the sausages in the glaze, then return them to the oven for the remaining cooking time (around 15 minutes). Don't worry if any excess glaze on the baking tray burns a little.
- When the glaze is hot and sticky, serve the sausages with your choice of side dish.

HONEY MUSTARD BEER BRATS
This recipe is very easy and makes delicious bratwurst. My guests always ask for these during football season. You won't be able to get enough onions and peppers in the slow cooker because every time we make them, we run out! This recipe is for 10. If you have a very large slow cooker, you can get 15 in, but most can only hold 10 (you may need another slow cooker if making more).

Steps:
- Place half of the bratwurst in the bottom of a 5 quart slow cooker. Arrange half of the green pepper, red pepper, and onion over them. Layer the remaining bratwurst over the top, and top with the remaining red and green bell peppers and onion. Throw in the garlic and bay leaves. In a separate bowl, mix together HALF of the honey mustard sauce, liquid smoke and beer. Pour into the slow cooker. Add more beer if necessary to cover everything in the pot. Cover, and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate. Remove bratwurst from the slow cooker, but leave onions and peppers inside. Place bratwurst on the grill and baste with some of the remaining honey mustard sauce. Turn occasionally until slightly charred.
- Place bratwurst on rolls, and use tongs to pull out a few of the onions and peppers from the slow cooker and drape them over the sausage. The onions and peppers are very tasty so don't forget this part!

BRATWURST & PIEROGIES IN HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
I saw a similar recipe in a magazine for grilled kielbasa and pierogi with caramelized onions, while I was in a waiting room once. I didn't jot it down, but got inspired by what I saw and made this recipe. It worked out great and so easy! Everyone in my family loves it, and I love having found a new way to serve Bratwurst as well...

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6/fan oven 180C. Pour the oil into a large roasting tin and heat in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Tip the sausages into the roasting tin and toss to lightly coat in the oil. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Drain the sausages well on kitchen paper, then tip them into a clean roasting tin. Blend the honey and mustard together in a small bowl, pour over the sausages and stir and shake them so they become coated. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, turning them over halfway. Serve hot or warm, with cocktail sticks and little pots of ketchup and mustard for dipping.
- Prepare ahead: you can roast the sausages the day before, cool them on kitchen paper and then just keep them in a plastic container in the fridge overnight. Toss in the honey and mustard mix and reheat for 10-12 minutes in the oven before serving.
- Stagger the cooking: heat half the sausages through in half the honey and mustard mix just before your guests arrive, then do the other half just as this first batch runs out.
