Steps:

  • Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and cover to keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently; drain. Stir in garlic. Reduce heat to medium; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in cheese and milk. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture is thoroughly heated. Stir in sour cream, cooked noodles, parsley and poppy seed. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture is thoroughly heated.

1½ cups beef broth
2 cups or any fresh mushrooms of your choice, sliced button mushrooms
½ cup minced yellow onions
½ cup sour cream
⅓ cup + 1 tbsp, divided red wine
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp paprika
to taste Salt and ground black pepper
1 lb chopped sour cream
8 oz torn in half, cooked and kept warm fettuccine pasta
8 oz at room temperature cream cheese
½ cup grated or powdered parmesan cheese
2 tbsp at room temperature unsalted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Heat up a deep skillet with oil over medium heat. Add your mushrooms and saute until translucent.
  • Add the onions and garlic then continue sauteing.
  • Add the ground beef and saute for roughly 8 to 10 minutes until caramelized.
  • Dust with paprika and roast briefly.
  • Deglaze with ⅓ cup of red wine and reduce briefly.
  • Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Continue simmering for roughly 10 to 15 minutes until liquids have reduced by ⅔ of their original content and the beef is fully cooked.
  • Dissolve your cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of red wine then add the slurry and sour cream into the simmering beef.
  • Stir to combine, and continue simmering as needed to thicken but no more than 10 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Melt your butter in a skillet over medium-low heat then add the cream cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add your pasta, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and ground black pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Bring to a simmer for no more than 5 minutes.
  • Portion both your ground beef stroganoff and noodles romanoff accordingly. Garnish with 1 teaspoon of parsley and serve!

  • Cook onion and meat until browned. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms, and reserved liquid. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes. Add evaporated milk and heat, stirring, until heated through. Serve over plain Noodles Romanoff. Cook egg noodles as directed on package. Drain. Mix sour cream, half of Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, pepper, and garlic together in bowl and set aside. Stir margarine into noodles. Stir in sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 6 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
2 pounds chuck roast, cut into 2-inch cubes
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cognac
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons sour cream, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves, plus more for garnish
1 (1-pound) package wide egg noodles

Steps:

  • Heat the beef stock with the carrot, 3 thyme sprigs, and bay leaf. Pat the beef dry and season it with salt and pepper. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large heavy bottomed skillet over high heat. Fry the meat in batches so that it is browned on all sides. Lower the heat to medium and return all the meat to the pot. Add the onions and cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes. Pour in the cognac and cook until the alcohol has burned off, about 5 minutes. Add the beef stock, discarding the carrot, thyme sprigs, and bay leaf. 1 ½ pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
