HALLOWEEN DESSERT - MINI PHYLLO BITES
Easy mini dessert for your Halloween festivities using chocolate candy bars.

Steps:
- Take 1/2 cup chocolate morsels and melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time. Carefully dip each phyllo cup into the melted chocolate and then into the sprinkles. Place on a baking sheet.
- Once all are dipped, place them in the freezer to set the chocolate for about 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop about a half of a cup of chocolate bars. Remove the cups from the freezer and put chopped candy in each one.
- Next, put the 1/4 cup chocolate morsels and condensed milk in the microwave. Heat for about 1 minute and stir until smooth. If needed, put back in the microwave at 15-second intervals, stirring between each. You can also melt the mixture in a small saucepan on the stovetop.
- Once smooth, spoon the chocolate mixture into each cup.
- Finish the bite-sized cups by adding a small piece of chopped chocolate bars and sprinkling finely chopped TWIX® bars on top. Place back in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Remove and store in an air-tight container.
