- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Stir in ham, pepper, broth and water; bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 5 minutes., Fluff with a fork. Top with green onions and cheese.

RICE AND HAM SKILLET WITH ONIONS AND PEAS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a heavy skillet, saute the chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until onion is tender.
- Add ham and rice; cook over low heat until rice just begins to turn golden brown; add 3 cups chicken broth. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Add frozen peas and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until rice is tender, adding more chicken broth if necessary.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon butter and the Parmesan cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the ham, onions and pineapple chunks in the butter for about 5 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine spinach, rice, milk, eggs, 3/4 cup cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft and beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Add wine and cook until evaporated, about 3 minutes. Add ham and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes.
- Add ham mixture to spinach mixture and stir to combine. Transfer to four 10-ounce ramekins or an 8-ounce square baking dish; top with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake until warmed through and golden brown on top, 20 to 30 minutes.

- Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large, high-walled skillet over medium heat. Add the Sam's Choice® Premium Spiral-Cut Ham and fry until warmed through and browned, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer the ham to a medium bowl and set aside.
- Add another 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the pan, then add the beaten eggs. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes, until the eggs are soft-scrambled. Add to the bowl with the ham and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the pan, then add all but 2 tablespoons of the green onions, the snap peas, and the carrot. And cook for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are just tender. Remove the pan from the heat.
