BARBECUE ( SLOPPY JOES )
As close to my mom's recipe as I could get since she just dumps! This is what we called it growing up but it's really a sloppy joe recipe. *****THANK YOU for helping me edit to make it better CLUTTER!

Steps:
- Cook hamburger and onion in saucepan until meat is cooked thoroughly.
- Dump all other ingredients (except for the cornstarch and water) into pot and stir together.
- Dissolve cornstarch into water and stir into mixture.
- Cook until BBQ thickens slightly.
- Let flavors meld.
- Serve on hamburger buns.

SLOW COOKER GROUND BEEF BARBECUE
Good served on buns, and great chili for hot dogs.

Steps:
- Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook until brown, breaking up the meat as it cooks, about 15 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Place the cooked meat, onion, garlic, celery, salt, black pepper, cider vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, and ketchup into a slow cooker, and stir to combine. Set the cooker on Low, and cook for 6 to 8 hours.

HAMBURGER BAR B QUE (SLOPPY JOE'S)
This is my version of a long time family favorite. I've made this for lotsa years and it's always a big hit. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family and friends do.

Steps:
- 1. Fry hamburger with onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat. Return meat to pan and add all the rest of the ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes.
- 2. I usually double or triple this recipe, but when I do, I never add more onion to it as it is usually enough with the one small onion. This is always good the next day as the flavors blend together more when resting in the refrigerator. I serve it with macaroni salad, or potato salad or just plain potato chips and pickles, etc.
- 3. Enjoy !!!

- In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onions until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender; drain. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat through. Serve on buns.
