24 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients except turkey.
  • Unfold turkey slices; use to line insides of 24 miniature muffin pan cups. Fill with spinach mixture.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.

⅔ cup butter
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup white sugar
⅔ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup corn syrup
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (such as Nestle® Toll House®)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and mix in oats, sugar, flour, corn syrup, milk, vanilla, and salt until well combined. Drop by level teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. Spread cookies out thin with a rubber spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheets.
  • Meanwhile, place chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until chocolate is melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
  • Peel foil from cookies. Spread melted chocolate on 1/2 of the cookies. Top with the remaining cookies.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients until blended; stir in chives. Divide ham and cheese among 8 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. _Candied-Fruit Honey Wafers Dipped in Chocolate_ You might be tempted to bake 2 sheets of cookies at a time in the upper and lower thirds of the oven. Don't give in to this urge - the cookies must go in the middle of the oven to cook through and brown evenly.

Yield Makes about 7 dozen cookies

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 1/2 tablespoons mild honey
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2/3 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup finely chopped fine-quality candied orange peel*
8 oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), finely chopped
parchment paper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Boil sugar, butter, honey, and cream in a 1-quart heavy saucepan over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until creamy and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in almonds and orange peel (batter will be thin).
  • Drop level 1/2 teaspoons of batter about 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. (Batter will thicken as it cools; you may need to reheat for last few batches.) Bake in batches in middle of oven until golden brown and bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes. (Cookies will look runny at this point.) Cool cookies on sheets on racks until firm enough to be lifted, about 2 minutes, then transfer with a metal spatula to racks to cool completely. (These cookies are very delicate; if they become too brittle to lift easily, return to oven to soften, about 1 minute.)
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler or a metal bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally, then remove top of double boiler or bowl from heat. Dip about one third of each cookie into chocolate, then transfer to a parchment-lined tray. Let stand until chocolate is set, about 1 hour.

3 tablespoons freshly grated Pecorino Romano or regular Romano cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot or onion
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations™ refrigerated flaky dough sheet
24 very thin slices paper-thin slices smoked ham*
1 pinch Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except rolls, ham and Parmesan cheese until well blended. Set aside.
  • If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 6 (2-inch) squares. Press 1 square in bottom and up side of each of 24 ungreased mini muffin cups.
  • Pat each ham slice dry with paper towel. Place 1 ham slice over dough in each cup (edges of ham will be higher than side of cup.) Spoon rounded 1 teaspoon spinach mixture onto ham in center of each cup.
  • Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is hot. To prevent excessive browning of ham, cover lightly with foil after first 5 minutes of baking. Cool in pan 1 minute. Gently remove from pan; let stand 3 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve warm.
