1 flat bread
1 1/2 ounces pizza sauce
2 ounces chicken breasts, Diced
1 ounce mozzarella cheese, Shredded
1 ounce provolone cheese, Shredded
3 slices fresh tomatoes
1/2 ounce flat leaf fresh spinach, Cut into Strips
1/2 ounce fresh onion, Diced
1 ounce black olives, sliced
1/2 ounce feta cheese, Crumbled

Steps:

  • Place the thawed flatbread on parchment paper; add the sauce, and coating evenly up to but not on the edge.
  • Spread the first 2 oz. of shredded cheese evenly covering all the sauce.
  • Place the fresh spinach, chicken, tomatoes, onions and olives on the shredded cheese. Then add the Feta cheese on top.
  • Bake in the TurboChef (Tornado) or oven for about 1 1/2 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
  • Cut into 4 even squares and serve in specified container.

1 tomato, halved, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Place crust on baking sheet; spread with oil. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup mozzarella.
  • Top with chicken, tomatoes, feta and remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

2 each multigrain and flax flatbreads (such as Flatout®)
½ cup hummus
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup slice red bell pepper
¼ cup sliced green bell pepper
¼ cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
1 sprig fresh dill, chopped, or to taste

Steps:

  • Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Place flatbreads on a broiling pan.
  • Broil in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Top pre-baked flatbreads with a thin layer of hummus; make sure it's a thin layer or else pizzas will be soggy. Evenly sprinkle feta cheese on top. Place bell peppers and onion on the flatbreads, evenly spaced. Top with Colby-Jack cheese. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, and dill.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbly and the edges are nice and brown, 7 to 10 minutes.

1 tablespoon butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¾ cup milk
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (7 ounce) 6x13-inch flatbread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ½ cups torn fresh spinach leaves
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
3 small tomatoes (such as Campari), sliced
½ small onion, thinly sliced
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 drizzle olive oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Melt butter for sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in flour and whisk for 1 to 2 minutes. 1 cup alfredo sauce
1/2 cup raw Baby Spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato
1 cup pre-cooked chicken tenders
1 cup carmalized onion
1 cup feta cheese
1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
6 slices provolone cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • To carmalize onions toss with 2 tablespoons oil and sautee til brown.
  • mix pizza and alfredo sauces and spread unto crust.
  • add onions, tomatoes spinach and chicken (chopped).
  • Add cheeses and then add bacon
  • Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
