EASY BAKED CHICKEN TENDERS
A wholesome twist on the classic favorite chicken tenders....I personally would prefer these baked over fried any day!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place egg in a shallow dish. Place bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a large zip-top freezer bag and mix well. Dip 2 chicken strips into egg and then place into bread crumb mixture and shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Spray each chicken tender with cooking spray 2 times.
- Bake tenders in the preheated oven for 7 minutes; flip, continue to bake on opposite side until no longer pink in the centers, about 7 minutes more. Remove from the oven.
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Broil tenders in the preheated oven for extra crunch, about 2 minutes more.

- Whisk milk and eggs in a small bowl. Combine baking mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a second bowl; mix well. Dunk chicken tenders in the egg mixture and then into the Parmesan mixture. Place onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.

HEALTHY CHICKEN TENDERS
I was looking for a healthy, low carb & tasty chicken dish & found this one on a low carb website. We re-named it "healthy" chicken b/c my 7 & 4 year old kids think they will run faster if they eat healthy things....and because really-it is! The chicken was very moist, tender & had a great taste! Everyone liked it so we're keeping it safe here!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400F and put the oven rack in the center position.
- Lay the raw chicken on a baking sheet.
- Brush one side of the chicken tenders with olive oil or the melted butter.
- Sprinkle chicken rub on the side that was just brushed with oil or melted butter.
- Flip the chicken tenders over and continue brushing with the oil or butter and sprinkle the 2nd side with chicken rub.
- Bake the chicken for a total of 10 minutes, flipping after 5 minutes, if desired but not required, and then continue cooking on the other side until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 160F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes until serving.
BAKED HONEY CHICKEN TENDERS RECIPE
With a great recipe using a combination of honey and soy sauce you will create the best sweet and sticky baked honey chicken tenders you have ever had.

- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange chicken tenders in single layer in pan.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and dried onions. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover pan with plastic wrap and let marinate in fridge for about an hour (I let mine marinate for about 3 hours), turning chicken once, about half way through marinating time.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Remove chicken from fridge, discard plastic wrap, and bake chicken for about 20 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven, turn chicken pieces over, top with sliced green onions, and return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes (or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear).
