CINNAMON APPLE CRISP
This Cinnamon Apple Crisp is perfect for fall, lightly sweetened with raisins and honey with a crisp, oat topping.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350F degrees.
- Combine apples, raisins, cinnamon, honey and lemon juice in large bowl.
- Sprinkle with cornstarch. Toss until fruit is coated.
- Place fruit in an ungreased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake15 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Mix the remaining topping ingredients. Sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake about 60 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.

- Cut apple into 1 inch pieces, put in bowl and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over top and eat.
- You can also pop in the microwave for a minute, which is equally great!

- To make the topping:
- In a bowl, combine oats, baking mix, Splenda Stevia Sweetener, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add margarine and mix with a fork until the mixture is moist and crumbly.
- To make the crisp:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, toss apples with Splenda Stevia Sweetener and cinnamon.
- Divide apples between two single-serving baking dishes. Sprinkle half the topping over each.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking dish; dot with butter. , For topping, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmeg in another large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. - Mix together flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and egg. The mixture will look like cornmeal.
- Peel, core, and slice the apples. Mix together with 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Place apples in a greased 8 inch square pan. Spread flour mixture over the apples. Mix together 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar; sprinkle over the top of the crisp. Drizzle with butter or margarine.
- Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for one hour. Serve warm.
