2 fluid ounces rum
¾ fluid ounce lime juice
½ fluid ounce maraschino liqueur
½ fluid ounce grapefruit juice
1 cup ice
1 lime wheel

Steps:

Combine rum, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

6 tablespoons light rum (3 oz)
1/4 cup lime juice (2 oz)
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice (1 oz)
1 teaspoon simple syrup
1 lime slice

Steps:

In highball or tall glass over ice, mix rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup. Garnish with lime slice.

1/4 ounce maraschino juice, can use grenadine
1/2 lime, juice of
1 ounce grapefruit juice
1 ounce blue curacao
2 ounces pineapple juice

Steps:

Squeeze lime juice into a shaker.
Add remaining ingredients and shake briefly.
Pour into a frosty glass filled with crushed ice.

Ingredients

3 ruby red grapefruit, plus 4 grapefruit slices
6 ounces vodka
Simple syrup, recipe follows
Sugar
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

Steps:

Juice the grapefruits and divide the juice among 4 glasses. Add 1 1/2 ounces of vodka to each glass. Add desired amount of simple syrup to sweeten the drink. Stir well.
Dip the grapefruit slices in sugar, to coat. Place 1 sugar dipped grapefruit slice on the rim of each glass.
Combine the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the water just to a boil and boil until the sugar dissolves, but the mixture does not get any color. Remove from the heat and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
