Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean from center. Frosting Cream butter, add cocoa and powder sugar alternately with milk,. Beat to spreading consistency adding additional tablespoon milk if needed. Blend in vanilla
