HIPPOCRATES HEALTH INSTITUTE HOUSE DRESSING
This is my absolute favorite salad dressing that I learned from Chef Ken Blue at Hippocrates Health Institute during the 3-Week LifeChange Program. HIPPOCRATES HEALTH INSTITUTE SPROUTS SALAD
Fresh, organic, vegan salad contains all the protein, amino acids, and other great nutrition that fights cancer. Very simple and quick to prepare. I learned it from Executive Chef Ken Blue from the Hippocrates Health Institute. It is the core of the Program at the Institute, which together with green drinks, wheat grass, and bean sprouts form the diet to live without disease for life.

SWEET SALAD DRESSING
This is a quick & easy dressing that I did my best to search for but couldn't find already posted. The original recipe came from a potluck and was on a salad of lettuce, bell pepper, mandarin oranges and sliced almonds. I really like it with a simple salad of lettuce and feta cheese. I had to guess at servings - it makes quite a bit and a little goes a long way. If you don't like sweet dressings, you might want to make another recipe LOL

HIPPOCRATES HEALTH LIFESTYLE SPROUTED BEAN SOUP
This delicious vegan bean soup is my creation from what I learned at the Hippocrates Health Institute. It has no sugar, nor salt. And it can be spicy if you like that. On a cold winter day it is great with avocado and scallions. It's very simple to make.

MAGGIE'S HOUSE DRESSING
I have two versions of what we call our House Dressing that I use for salads. I have been using the first version (the original) for over 40 years, and the second version for about 5. Everyone that has eaten my salads, loves either version, and more people than I can remember asked for the recipe. It is so simple and basic, yet it tastes great. Most of my guests always ask me to use my house dressing as opposed to bottled salad dressings. I never measure, so I will have to estimate, but I would suggest you go with the smaller amounts first, then taste and adjust, if necessary. Of course, the amount will have to be adjusted according to the size of the salad.

- Adjust by adding more of any one of the ingredients that you feel the salad needs.
- Hint: Do not do this ahead of time. The salad will become limp and it won't taste as good.
