DELICIOUS POPCORN CRUNCH

Popcorn and candy in a candy sauce. Great for the holidays! Not too chewy and won't stick to your teeth (unless you overcook the sauce)! You can customize the candy, dried fruit, and nuts to what you like. Canadian Smarties® can be used instead of M&M's®. I've known people to press the mixture into a cake pan and cut pieces, too.

Ingredients

15 cups plain popped popcorn
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M's®)
1 ⅓ cups white sugar
1 cup butter
½ cup light corn syrup (such as Crown® Lily White)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon vinegar

Steps:

Line baking sheets with aluminum foil.
Combine popcorn, cranberries, pecans, and chocolate pieces together in a bowl.
Stir sugar, butter, corn syrup, and vanilla extract together in a heavy saucepan; cook and stir over medium-high heat until boiling, about 5 minutes. Boil mixture for 2 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vinegar.
Pour sugar mixture over popcorn mixture; mix until evenly coated. Spread coated popcorn mixture onto prepared baking sheets; cool. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients

1 cup butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup Buncha Crunch Bits

Steps:

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars together.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat until everything is evenly combined.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and beat until well incorporated.
Use a sturdy spatula to gently stir in the candy pieces until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

1/2 cup + 3 tbsp rice cereal
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (I use Lily's for a sugar free option!)
1 tsp coconut oil

Steps:

pour your cereal into a ziploc bag, and then in a microwave safe bowl melt your chocolate and coconut oil and stir to combine.
Pour the chocolate onto the cereal, shaking vigorously until it is evenly coated, and then transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put in fridge until chocolate has hardened.

This easy shake goes good for just about anything- breakfast, a lunch drink, a dinner dessert, and a perfect snack. It's simple and you run by the ingredients every time you go to the store. I used the Nestle YoCrunch yogurt because it has two of the main ingredients but you could use whatever kind you'd like. Just try it and you'll be happy!

1 cup strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup , nestle buncha crunch pieces (if you have the YoCrunch, use the cap-full)
1 cup milk (whatever kind you prefer)
1 banana, sliced

Steps:

In a blender, blend together the yogurt, banana, and milk. I suggest that you put half of the banana first, then half of the yogurt, the other half of the banana, the rest of the yogurt, and then the milk.
After blending, drop in most of the Buncha Crunch's (leaving a bit for the top after) and blend again.
Garnish the shake with then remaining Buncha Crunch's.
Serve, Sip, and Smile [TM].
