HOMEMADE ICEE
I got a recipe just like this on dels.com and I loved it but when I looked at the recipe it called for del's dry mix but I have any. But I did have powder lemonade. I used that and it came out perfect! So I said to myself, If the powdered lemonade works than why not try it with other powdered drinks. So I tried it and it was delicious!

Steps:
- First put 2 cups of ice cubes into a blender. Then add 1 cup of water. Next add the del's dry mix or powdered drink to the ice and water. Then close the lid and put the blender on high and let it blend for thirty seconds or until ice is smooth!
- Then the last step -- enjoy your homemade icee!

ITALIAN ICE
Steps:
- Blend the fruit, sugar, honey and lemon juice with 2 cups ice in a food processor or blender until chunky. Add another 1 cup ice and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and freeze 30 minutes. Scrape the ice with a fork until slushy, then freeze until firm, about 2 more hours. Scoop into paper cups.

- Combine the syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and mint in a small pitcher. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
- Shave the ice by placing 2 to 3 cups crushed ice at a time in a food processor and running the machine until the ice is finely shaved. Store shaved ice in a large re-sealable plastic bag in the freezer for up to 1 day.
- Place 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice in a serving dish. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of the syrup mixture over the ice. Serve immediately.

DELICIOUS HOMEMADE ICED COFFEE
I based this homemade iced coffee on Starbucks® bottled Frappuccino®. My husband and I love it and our fridge is never without a pitcher of this super easy, frugal alternative to the expensive stuff. - Place 2 cups of ice cubes into a 2-quart pitcher; slowly pour coffee over ice and stir until ice is melted. Stir sugar into coffee and mix thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved. Add milk, stirring just until combined. Stir in remaining 2 cups ice, adding more as needed; refrigerate until well chilled, about 30 minutes.

- In a large saucepan, bring 6 cups milk to a boil over medium heat. Remove from the heat and set aside. , In a bowl, beat egg yolks; add remaining milk and mix well. Combine 2 cups sugar, cornstarch and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Add to hot milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour into a clean bowl; set aside. , Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add remaining sugar, beating well after each addition. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into warm milk mixture. Beat in vanilla and cream until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. Garnish with cherries if desired.
