28 ounces canned whole tomatoes (drained)
2.5 ounces tomato paste (70 grams)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice (optional)
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/8 teaspoon spanish paprika (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt crystals (or to taste)
1 tablespoon Sukrin Gold (optional)

Steps:

  • In a sauce pan over low heat, pour tomatoes, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar and spices. Stirring regularly for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Using a stick blender (immersion blender), purée whole tomatoes. Add sea salt to taste and opt to add Sukrin Gold. Continue over low heat and stir regularly until sauce thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool and transfer in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.

1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
2 tablespoons minced onions

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Put everything in your blender and run it until the onion disappears.
  • Scrape into a container with a tight lid and store in the refrigerator.

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove (mashed)
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 pinch ground allspice
1 pinch cinnamon
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp golden erythritol (optional ***see notes)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, cook on a low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Stir frequently until sauce thickens.
  • Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
  • Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for circa 2 weeks.

1 tablespoon Sweet'N Low brown sugar substitute

Steps:

  • For BBQ sauce mix all ingredients in the blender, blending until you can no longer see flakes of the onion and put it in a squeeze bottle in the refrigerator.
  • For ketchup, leave out mustard, liquid smoke, Worchestershire,red pepper flakes, and BBQ sauce.
