Steps:
- 1. Shake the apple cider vinegar to mix up the unfiltered part that settles at the bottom. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 8 ounces of warm water. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of raw honey to the mixture. 4. Stir the mixture until the honey dissolves. 5. Drink each morning or any time throughout the day.
HONEY AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CANDY

Steps:
- Pour the honey and vinegar into a heavy saucepan on medium heat.
- Stir until mixture starts to boil.
- Adjust the heat to keep a low boil until foamy or the temperature reaches 300ºF
- Remove from heat, add vanilla (if using).
- Pour immediately onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in refrigerator to cool.
- Once completely chilled, break into bite size pieces.
- Store in fridge as they will soften at room temperature.
- These are crunchy, then turn chewy in your mouth.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR AND HONEY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
Great to top a salad made with fresh baby greens, apples, candied toasted walnuts and a soft mild cheese. This recipe is a combo of a bunch of recipes - this one works the best for the above ingredients for my taste. I use unfiltered apple cider vinegar and fresh honey from the bee keeper from the farmers market but you can use any cider vinegar and honey that you have on hand.
