I fed a lot of kids over the years and I was always looking for ways to get them to eat their vegetables. Just one more carrot dish that kids love. Well.....grown-ups do too.

Provided by Marsha Gardner

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

1 lb peeled sliced carrots
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 c cream
toasted onion flakes

Steps:

1. Boil carrots until tender, drain and add to food processor along with remaining ingredients except toasted onion flakes.
2. Pulse until smooth and fluffy. Serve with a sprinkling of toasted onion flake.
