HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED SALMON

- Place salmon, skin side down, in shallow glass or plastic dish. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over salmon. Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 1 hour.
- Set oven control to broil. Remove salmon from marinade; reserve marinade. Place salmon, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan. Broil with top 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes, brushing 2 to 3 times with marinade, until fish flakes easily with fork. Discard any remaining marinade.

INSTANT POT® HONEY-MUSTARD SALMON FROM FROZEN
Frozen salmon fillets are so economical, but I often forget to defrost them! This recipe calls for adding frozen salmon fillets directly to your Instant Pot® for a perfectly cooked fillet in mere minutes. I finish the salmon under the broiler for just 2 minutes with a honey-mustard glaze on top. Delicious!

- Season frozen salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place a trivet inside a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and pour in 1 cup of water, ensuring the water does not cover the trivet. Place fillets skin-side down on the trivet in a single layer.
- Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions immediately after cooking time is over, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together honey, mustard, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unlock and remove the Instant Pot® lid. Carefully transfer cooked fillets onto the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Spread 1/2 of the honey-mustard glaze over each fillet.
- Broil salmon fillets for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Whisk mustard and honey together in a small bowl. Brush some of the mustard mixture all over the fillets, reserving some of the mixture in the bowl. Sprinkle marjoram, salt, and pepper over fillets.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray if you plan on eating the salmon skin. (If you do not plan on eating the skin, you can skip this step.) Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk together the honey, lime zest, and juice in a small bowl. Remove 2 tablespoons of the mixture to another small bowl and set aside. Brush the remaining honey-lime mixture over top of the salmon fillets.
- Combine the brown sugar, cumin, paprika, garlic, 2 teaspoons salt and a few grinds of pepper in a medium bowl. Press the brown sugar mixture all over the salmon (about 1 heaping teaspoon on each portion). - Mix the honey, mustards, and lemon juice together. Place the salmon fillets on a lightly greased shallow baking tin. Brush with the honey glaze. Cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
