Here's what you need: flank steak, taco seasoning, salt, lime juice, avocados, mexican sour cream, flaming hot cheetos, cheddar cheese, canola oil

Ingredients

1 lb flank steak
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
2 teaspoons salt, divided
2 teaspoons lime juice, divided
2 avocados
¼ cup mexican sour cream
8 oz flaming hot cheetos, 1 bag
½ cup cheddar cheese, canned
1 canola oil, to fry

Steps:

Cut flank steak into fajita size pieces and place in bowl. Add the taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon lime juice and salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Scoop avocado with a spoon and place in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon lime juice, salt and mash with a fork until soft enough to whisk.
In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of canola oil and let heat for 30 seconds. Add marinated meat and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring until meat is browned.
In a small saucepan heat condensed cheddar cheese for 3 minutes, stir throughout.
On a griddle warm up flour tortilla until soft. Add cooked meat, add half of guacamole, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 bag of hot cheetos, and warm cheddar cheese.
Wrap burrito up, fold ends in then each corner of the top side until you can roll the top side up.
Slice in half.
Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
6 flour tortillas (12 inches), warmed
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
4 teaspoons canola oil
Sour cream and salsa

Steps:

In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning; remove from skillet and set aside. Wipe skillet clean. , In a small saucepan, cook refried beans over medium-low heat until heated through, 2-3 minutes. , Spoon about 1/3 cup of beans off-center on each tortilla; top with 1/4 cup beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold sides and ends of tortillas over filling and roll up., In same skillet over medium-high heat, brown burritos in oil on all sides. Serve with sour cream and salsa. Freeze option: Individually wrap cooled burritos in paper towels and foil; freeze in a freezer container. To use, remove foil; place paper towel-wrapped burrito on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high until heated through, turning once, 3-4 minutes. Let stand 20 seconds.
