- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place the chicken breasts on a lightly greased with non-stick cooking spray 9x13 inches baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mushrooms, water, onion powder, and chives. Then, spoon this mixture over chicken breasts in baking pan and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in the preheated oven for one hour or until chicken breasts are ready and cream mixture is lightly browned. Check the readiness of chicken breasts with a cooking thermometer (the safe internal temperature for cooked chicken is 165°F). Enjoy with your favorite side dish.
CREAM OF CHICKEN BAKE
I made this on the fly for dinner this week. I used what I had in the kitchen...and it was easy and delicious. This can be served with orzo, pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, or even couscous (to give you some ideas). We served it with cream cheese mashed potatoes the first night...and since we had lots of leftovers, served it mixed with rigatoni pasta and an extra can of 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup water.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix condensed soups, water, 1/2 & 1/2, pearl onions, baby carrots, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spray the bottom and sides of a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Pour 1/2 soup mixture on bottom of caaserole dish.
- Slice chicken breasts in half to make them thinner. Lay halved chicken breasts on top of soup mixture.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken breasts.
- Cut the 1/4 stick of butter into 6 slices and lay on top of chicken/soup evenly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

This easy creamy chicken casserole is my mother's recipe and a family favorite. It's one of our comfort foods and regular easy recipes to make through a busy week. Can easily be prepared in advance, then popped in the oven for a nice hot meal. If making for the first time, add half of the sour cream and taste first. Add more if desired, tasting as you go, to reach desired flavor. Serve over cooked white rice.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix the crackers and melted butter together in a bowl; set aside.
- Bring water and chicken stock to a boil in a pot over high heat. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the chicken; set aside. Whisk together the sour cream and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl. Stir in the chicken, then transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cracker mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.
