HUMMUS DIP
Serve this creamy dip with our Sesame Crunch Sticks.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed. Transfer to a serving dish or airtight container, and place in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve, up to 5 days. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
FRIED-CHICKPEA HUMMUS
Steps:
- Make Tahini Dip; puree with 1/2 can chickpeas. Microwave until warm. Fry the other 1/2 can chickpeas in olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Top the hummus with the fried chickpeas, red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.

- Puree 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste), the juice of 2 lemons, 2 teaspoons ground cumin and 1 minced garlic clove. Drizzle in 1/2 cup hot water; puree until smooth.

HUMMUS DIP

Steps:
- In a blender combine all the ingredients except the parsley and paprika to be used for garnish. Blend on low speed until smooth. You'll have to stop the blender often to push down the ingredients. If the mixture is too dry and you're having trouble blending it, add a few more tablespoons of olive oil to help things along.
- Scrape the hummus onto a plate. Sprinkle the paprika over the top, drizzle lightly with olive oil, scatter some parsley on top, and serve. You can make the hummus up to a couple of hours before you serve it. Cover the top with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature.
