TURMERIC ICED COFFEE LATTE
This anti-inflammatory iced coffee is spiced with turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. It can be sweetened with your choice sweetener or not sweetened and left as a spiced iced coffee. I prefer Silk® Coconut Milk Beverage and I like to sweeten it with stevia.

- Pour coconut milk, vanilla extract, and 1 packet stevia powder into a glass and stir to combine. Fill glass with ice cubes.
- Combine water, instant coffee granules, 1 packet stevia powder, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon in a microwave-safe glass; stir to mix. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue microwaving at 15-second intervals until hot and foamy. Carefully pour over the iced coconut milk.

- Brew your coffee. Whatever extraction or brew method you choose, you should brew the coffee in a receptacle that has been preheated as close to the temperature of the coffee as possible. This is to avoid shocking the coffee, which causes a bit of a stale flavor.
