Steps:
- Combine water, macaroni, butter, mustard powder, hot sauce, and salt in a multi-functional pressure cooker. Stir to combine. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove lid. Stir the macaroni. Keep pot on the Warm setting. Slowly add American cheese, processed cheese, and Parmesan cheese; allow to melt. Gradually stir in heavy cream until desired thickness is reached.

Steps:
- Add the macaroni, water, and salt to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Close the lid and set to pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Once the timer goes off, set the Instant Pot to quick release.
- Remove the lid, add the butter, and stir until melted. Add the cheddar cheese, then the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, and stir until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve.

- Combine the pasta, water, butter, salt, mustard, garlic powder and onion powder in a 6-quart Instant Pot. Lock on the lid and set to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then manually release any residual pressure.
- Carefully open the lid and turn on the sauté function. Stir in the evaporated milk, whole milk, cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, black pepper and chili powder until the cheese has melted and is creamy. Turn off the pressure cooker and serve warm.
- Tip: If you want a golden brown topping, you can transfer the mac and cheese to a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs, then place under the broiler until golden brown.
