INSTANT POT TRADER JOE'S CHILE LIME SEASONED CHICKEN

This Chili Lime Chicken made in the IP is so quick, easy, and perfect for meal prep or a simple dinner! Takes less than 30 minutes to make start to finish!

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless (skinless chicken, breasts, thighs, or a mix of both)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Trader Joe's Chile Lime seasoning blend
1 lime (juiced)
1 cup chicken broth (vegetable or bone broth also works)

Steps:

Toss the chicken with olive oil, Trader Joe's Chile Lime seasoning blend, and fresh lime juice until well coated.
Add the chicken to the Instant Pot with 1 cup of broth.
Secure the lid and turn the valve to SEALING. Select PRESSURE COOK on HIGH and set the timer for 5 minutes. Press start.
Allow the pressure to manually release and gently remove the lid.
Discard the liquid and shred the chicken with two forks or with a stand mixer.
