1 cup milk
½ cup Irish cream liqueur (eg. Bailey's®)
½ cup vodka (eg. Smirnoff®)
1 (4 serving size) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Steps:

  • Whisk together the milk, Irish cream liqueur, vodka, and instant pudding mix in a bowl until combined. Continue whisking for 2 minutes.
  • Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses or disposable 'party shot' cups. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. The shots will have the consistency of mousse.

1 small package chocolate or vanilla pudding (instant, not the cooking kind)
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup any flavor Baileys US Irish Cream
8 ounce tub Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Whisk together the milk, liquor, and instant pudding in a bowl until combined. Add cool whip a little at a time with whisk. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses, disposable party shot cups or 1 or 2 ounce cups with lids. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

1 small box of INSTANT chocolate pudding
3/4 C Milk (skim works fine)
1/4 C Vodka
1/2 C Bailey's Irish cream
8 oz Extra Creamy Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Mix the pudding mix with the milk with an electric mixer. Then add the booze and mix. Then add the cool whip and mix. Put into small cups and freeze. Serve with little spoons. Makes 24 2oz. servings. Variations: White Chocolate instant pudding mix with Kahlua instead of Bailey's. (Use slightly less than 1/2 Cup or it will taste too boozy.) Turtle instant pudding mix (they only carry this flavor around X-mas, so stock up when you see it!) with Caramel Bailey's. Chocolate instant pudding mix with Mint Bailey's or peppermint schnapps. French Vanilla instant pudding mix with 1/3 C Amaretto instead of the Bailey's. I haven't tried this one yet, but imagine that Banana instant pudding mix and Brandy or Rum would be divine. If someone tries this combo, let me know how it turns out!

¼ cup vodka

  • Beat pudding mix and milk together in a bowl with an electric hand mixer until smooth and beginning to thicken, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir vodka and Irish cream liqueur into the pudding mixture. Fold whipped topping into the mixture until smooth; spoon into 16 small cups.

3/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup eggnog
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Grated chocolate and additional chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; beat until smooth. Set aside., Place grated chocolate and additional chocolate syrup in separate shallow bowls. Hold each glass upside down and dip rim in chocolate syrup, then dip in grated chocolate. Pour drink mixture into prepared glasses. Serve immediately.

Anyone that knows me here on Zaar knows I love bread pudding and baileys... so I had to add the two together with this fabulous dessert.

1 loaf stale French bread
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup irish cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup freshly brewed coffee
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup irish cream

Steps:

  • Pudding: Crumble the bread, with the crust, into a bowl. Cover with combined milk, cream and liqueur and let stand an hour or until the bread has absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until well blended. Mix gently with bread and raisins. Spoon into pan, smooth top. Bake until light brown and the custard is set, about an hour.
  • Caramel Irish Cream Sauce: Pour sugar into water in saucepan and let stand until sugar is wet. Add 2 tbsp of butter and cook on medium high to high, stirring constantly, until the mixture turns nut brown. Remove from heat. Immediately and CAREFULLY, to avoid splatters, pour in coffee and cream into the saucepan. Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until caramel melts. Add more cream if caramel is too dark. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in lemon juice and liqueur just before serving.
