SMOKED JALAPENO POPPERS RECIPE WITH BRISKET AND CREAM CHEESE

Smoked Jalapeno Poppers Recipe with Brisket and Cream Cheese image

When asking my 14-year-old son what he thought of the smoke jalapeno peppers, he described them in a way I had never thought of. He kept talking about the textures, layers of tastes and the heat. These Keto jalapeno poppers include so many different flavors but work oh so well together! These smoked jalapeno peppers include brisket. That's right, BRISKET! Get that protein in and enjoy the savory taste of brisket mixed with cheeses and spices, wrapped in heat than wrapped in crunchy bacon! These cream cheese jalapeno poppers make awesome appetizers for parties, but I like to just eat them for dinner. Make extras and eat them the next day for lunch (that's what I did today!) I am shutting up now and showing you how to make jalapeno poppers, filled with brisket, cream cheese and smoked with bacon.

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers image

Can you stand the heat? If so try my most requested starter. They have been a hit everytime I make them. Simple recipe for major taste. I have never had one "left over". They are best when grilled, but you can cook them in the oven. I prefer charcoal, as to harness maximum flavor. Enjoy! Tip: Rub the wooden kabob sticks with raw bacon to make the poppers slide on. You can make these somewhat mild and super hot, what ever you like.

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST BACON-WRAPPED JALAPEñO POPPERS - KITCHN
2020-02-26 Don’t use thick-cut bacon. Although delicious, thick-cut bacon isn’t the best option for these poppers — it’s too thick to wrap around the peppers and has a tendency to unravel when baking. Stick to traditional sliced, center-cut bacon (about 12 slices per pound). 5. Let the poppers cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
