JALAPENO-STUFFED CURLY DOGS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
• Cut the hot dogs lengthwise three-quarters of the way through, leaving the ends intact. Insert a jalapeno strip into each slit.

Steps:

• Put sausage links on sub rolls.
• Add shredded cheese on top.

• Spread chopped jalapeno and onions on top.

Steps:

• Cut lengthwise slit in each hot dog, being careful not to cut all the way through to opposite side; fill with cheese.
• Place hot dogs on tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style. Wrap individually in paper towels.
• Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until hot dogs are heated through.

JALAPENO DANGER DOG

Steps:

• Prepare an outdoor grill for medium heat. Stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream and chipotle in a adobo in a small bowl. Refrigerate it while you make the danger dogs.
