CHEDDAR CHEESE CORN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
• Add eggs, creamed corn can, corn and liquid, Jiffy mix, salt, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
• Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.

JAN'S CORN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
• Pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch casserole dish.
• Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Cheddar.
• Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
• Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.

JAN'S CORN AND CHEDDAR CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
• Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
• Stir in cream-style corn and sour cream until well blended.
• Add salt, cornbread mix and melted butter; mix well.
• Stir in shredded cheese.
• Pour casserole ingredients into prepared baking dish.
• Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
