While searching for homemade popsicles for my kids, I came across this recipe on the Kraft website. Please note that servings vary greatly depending on whether you use popsicle molds or you use 3 ounce paper cups. Have fun!!

Ingredients

2 cups boiling water
1 package jell-o brand gelatin, any flavor (4-serving size)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups cold water

Steps:

Stir boiling water into gelatin and sugar in medium bowl at 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water.
Pour into pops molds or plastic or paper cups.
Freeze about 2 hours or until almost firm.
Insert wooden spoon or stick or plastic spoon into each for handle.
Freeze 8 hours or overnight until firm.
Press firmly on bottom of mold to release pop.
Store leftover pops in freezer.

12 wooden pop sticks

Steps:

In a large microwave-safe bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-6 minutes or until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes, stirring several times., Meanwhile, combine peanuts and chocolate chips; divide among plastic cups. Stir marshmallow creme into pudding; spoon into cups. Insert wooden pop sticks; freeze.

Steps:

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine pudding, milk and sugar; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Cool 30 minutes, stirring often. Fold in cream. Pour into pop molds or 3-oz. paper cups; attach lids to molds, or if using cups, top with foil and insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm, 3-4 hours.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find Jell-O Pudding Pops at the grocery store in a long time. I've heard they no longer make them, but rest assured you can still make them at home with this Homemade Jell-O Pudding Pops recipe. These Patriotic Pudding Pops are the perfect summer treat!

Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 ounce) box white chocolate jell-o instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
red and blue food coloring

Steps:

Mix milk and pudding in bowl for 2 minutes.
Divide into 3 equal portions.
Color 1 portion red with about 15 drops of food coloring.
Color 1 portion blue with about 15 drops of food coloring.
Transfer each color to a zippered sandwich bag.
Clip the corner of the blue and pipe it equally into the bottom of 5 (3 ounce) Dixie Cups.
Lift and gently tap each cup on the counter to level up the pudding.
Repeat the process with white and then red colors.
Insert a popsicle stick in the middle of each cup and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until firm.
