- Directions Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Step 2 Melt margarine or butter and pour into an 8" square or 9" round pan; coating bottom and sides. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter. Step 3 Arrange pineapple slices over brown sugar. Place a cherry, with stem removed, in center of each pineapple slice. Set aside. Step 4 In separate bowl, beat cake mix, egg, vanilla and reserved juice for 4 minutes on medium. Pour over pineapple. Step 5 Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 1 - 2 minutes. Step 6 Invert on serving plate. Cool or serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Melt butter in a 9-inch baking pan in the preheating oven. Remove pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter.
- Arrange pineapple chunks in a single layer over the butter and brown sugar, then sprinkle with pecans; set aside.
- Beat biscuit baking mix, white sugar, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg together in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
- Increase mixer speed to medium and continue beating until batter is smooth, about 4 minutes more.
- Slowly pour batter over the pineapple mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
- Run a paring knife between the cake and the edge of the pan to loosen cake. Cover the cake pan with a plate, and invert it to flip the cake out of the pan and onto the plate. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray 13x9 inch pan non-stick spray.
- In medium bowl, combine Cake mix, water and egg.
- Pour mix into 13x9 pan and bake for 15-18 minutes(cake is supposed to be thin so don't panic!).
- Cook cake in pan.
- In medium bowl beat softened cream cheese.
- Add pudding mix and milk to cream cheese.
- Beat until well mixed and thick.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cooled cake.
- Spread drained pineapple over cream cheese mixture
- Spread cool whip over pineapple layer.
- Refrigerate and serve!

Bake until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, 15-20 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until soft-set. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in pudding mixture until blended. Spread evenly over cake.
