JOHNNY'S GREAT CAESAR GARLIC SPREAD BREAD
One day while shopping at Costco, I was disappointed to see that my favorite Costco item, the rosemary olive oil bakery bread, was sold out. So I texted my friend Leigh Ann, who knows what's good at Costco and always has fabulous food ideas. I heeded her advice and that evening made this garlic bread. Unreal!! The texture is wonderful, with a slightly crispy/chewy crust and soft, seed-laced insides. The spread gives it the most unbelievably buttery, garlicky flavor I've ever tasted on garlic bread. Steps:
- Mix softened butter, extra virgin olive oil, and garlic spread.
- Slice bread (I do fairly thin slices), and spread mixture on sides.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
SECRET GARLIC FRENCH BREAD MY WAY
We love garlic bread around our house and I found this special ingredient that really gives garlic bread a special touch. Its a favorite that I have request for most every weekend from our friends.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350'.
- Slice french bread in half or in slices and place on top of foil.
- Melt butter in microwave in a glass dish.
- Add greek seasoning and johnnys seasoning salt to melted butter.
- Add minced garlic and stir well.
- With a basting brush, spread melted butter mixture over bread slices or half loaves.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
