Steps:
- 1. In large mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, 4 tablespoons of the margarine, orange juice, salt and 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of the marshmallows. Spread in 10 x 6 x 2-inch (1 1/2-quart) glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with remaining marshmallows.2. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon margarine. Combine with KELLOGG'S CRACKLIN' OAT BRAN cereal, remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over marshmallows.3. Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

- 1. In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CRACKLIN' OAT BRAN cereal and milk. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil mix well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combine. Portion batter evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.3. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla beat well.4.
