- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a 9 by 13 casserole by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and packet of ranch seasoning and mix.
- Add chicken and 1/2 the bacon to bowl and mix well.
- Add mixture to casserole dish and top with shredded cheese and remaining amount of bacon.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Top with parsley
