Keto Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew image

This keto pumpkin cream cold brew is made in seconds and does not make you open a whole can of pumpkin puree.

16 oz Cold Brew Coffee from the store or brewed yourself
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Drops of Liquid Monk Fruit (add to your taste)
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Nut Milk. I like milkadamia the best.
2 Tablespoon Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Liquid Monk Fruit
1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice

Steps:

  • Add the 1/4 tsp vanilla and monk fruit drops to a tall class with the cold brew coffee. Mix.
  • Get another glass out and put all the ingredient for the foam in it.
  • Blend with a handled milk frother.
  • Stop when you reached the consistency that you like best.
  • Pour over the glass of cold brew coffee. Or make 2 glasses.
